Once a working farm, the Ocean View stone farmhouse and outbuildings have been tastefully converted into four delightful traditional cottages, each having superb panoramic views of Cardigan Bay and the surrounding countryside. Although they have a private location, the beach of Clarach Bay and its excellent holiday facilities are located just below the property. A perfect setting for an enjoyable holiday.

Each Cottage has its own character and is furnished and decorated with much thought. All have double glazing throughout and central heating via twin heat storage heaters.

There are plenty of lawned gardens surrounding the property with picnic tables to relax and appreciate the fine views and the unforgettable sunsets.

Parking is not a problem as there is a large spacious tarmaced courtyard.

Cottage No.1 Tymawr (The Big House) to sleep up to 6 persons

• Downstairs: hallway, separate lounge (country views), kitchen/dining area (sea views)
• Upstairs: 3 bedrooms - 1 double (sea view), 1 twin bedded room (sea views), 1 bunk bedded room with 3' beds (garden views). Large bathroom with WC, wash basin, bath with hand-held shower. Extra wash basin in double room.
• Private lawned garden area in front and via the dining room door.

Cottage No.2 Y Gegin (The Kitchen) to sleep up to 3 persons

• Downstairs: hallway, spacious kitchen/dining area (country views), lounge with two picture windows (sea/country views).
• Upstairs: double bedroom (sea/country views), single bedroom (country views). Bathroom with WC, wash basin, bath with hand-held shower.
• Private lawned garden.

Cottage No.3 (Y Ysgubor) sleeps up to 4 persons

• Bungalow level cottage.
• Hallway, double bedroom (country views), bedroom with 2 single beds (sea views). Bathroom with shower above bath, wash basin and WC.
• Kitchen with superb sea views. Separate lounge with two large picture windows to appreciate the fine sea and country views.
• Garden area alongside front of cottage.

COTTAGE/BUNGALOW FACILITIES
Each is well appointed with a full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Lounges have colour TV and freeview boxes. There are coal effect fires for additional warmth early and late season. The bathrooms have towel heaters.
Beds are made up ready for guests arrival.
