From time to time a static caravan pitch becomes vacant. New caravans are available either from our choice on the Park or via Salop Caravans or Golden Sands Caravans. We take pride in the way we site our caravans and a lot of effort goes into providing the customer with a job well done! Ocean View is an ideal choice for having that away from it all 'holiday home'.

Rent for 2008  

Average of £1505 to £1630 inclusive of standing charges for electricity, mains water/sewerage, TV system and VAT where applicable.

The rent is paid in two halves - the first half at the end of October for the following year and the second half on the first visit to your caravan but no later than 1st March of that year.

Extra Expenses  

Electricity used for lighting, appliances and heating if applicable. Gas cylinders are currently £20.00 per 19kg cylinder which are delivered when required for heating and cooking.
Local Authority Rates for 2007/08 - Ocean View £150.00 and Beachside £110.00, this being payable in early July together with Caravan Insurance - we offer a very competitive rate.

Electricity

There is a 10/16-amp supply and the units are charged as advised by MANWEB.

Season

Beginning of March to the end of October/early November.

Although only open for seasonal use, you can visit your holiday home at any time during the day in the winter as the bye-law says that the home must not be occupied between dusk and dawn during the closedown period. Electricity is not normally left on but you have your gas for heat and cups of tea.

Grass Cutting

The Parks are kept immaculate at all times with closely mown grass. You are required to keep long grass or unsightly weeds away from under or around the caravan.

Sub-letting

As Ocean View and Beachside are private parks we do restrict sub-letting to six weeks each year. Sub-letting slips are sent annually with the rent renewals.
