Ocean View, a nine acre park, is located just north of the University town of Aberystwyth and can be approached from the A487. The Park enjoys superb sea and country views and is only 200 yards from the popular beach of Clarach Bay which has excellent holiday facilities. Our immaculate Park is landscaped with colourful shrubs and flower beds and the grass is kept closely mown at all times. WTB 4 star, AA 3 pennants.

• Excellent shower/toilet facilities kept spotlessly clean at all times. Hand dryers, shaver points and free hot water for showers and basins
• Dish washing area: laundry room with two deep sinks for hand washing
• Electric hook-up pitches all numbered and generously spaced to enjoy the fine views
• Well lit tarmaced roads with ample extra car parking areas
• Reception with tourist information and any other advice
• Friendly resident wardens for any problems or queries
• Water points with taps and chemical disposal facilities
• large recreation field with goal posts, basket ball net
• For pet owners we have set aside a large field as a 'dog walk'. On the Park itself pets must be on a lead at all times

Prices are for 2 persons occupying a pitch for a car/caravan/motor home inclusive of 10amp electric hook up.

Charges include:

• Heating early and late season in toilets/shower rooms
  
• Free hot water for hand basins/showers/washing up facilities/laundry
  
• 10 amp electricity hook up
  
  A non-refundable deposit of £7.00 per night is payable when making a booking - balance to be paid on arrival.

Sorry we do not accept bookings from groups of young all male or all female parties.

 

BOOKING INFORMATION FOR TOURING CARAVANS 2012

• Season runs from Friday 16th March - Sunday 28th October
  
• Latest time of arrival 8pm unless by prior arrangement
• All prices include VAT
• Exact pitches can be requested and although every effort will be made to reserve these, they cannot be guaranteed
• Extending your stay - should you wish to extend your stay then this will be subject to availability and may involve moving pitch
• Sorry no single sex groups or unsupervised young groups - we are a family park
• Skate boards, roller skates, scooters are strictly prohibited on any part of the Park
• Dogs must be kept on short leads at all times when on the park and any accidental fouling must be cleared up immediately
• No refund given for bad weather, early departure etc.
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated - the Park Owner reserves the right to evict without notice anyone causing problems on the Park without any refund
• Maximum occupancy per unit 4 persons - children included
• One vehicle allowed per pitch any additional vehicles to be parked on allocated tarmac areas
• Children - parents are responsible for providing all supervision of their children whilst on the Park including play areas and at no time are they allowed to play in or around the toilets/showers or the water points
