Our modern semi-detached bungalow occupies an unrivalled peaceful seaside location with easy access to the beach and the excellent facilities of Clarach Bay.
Alongside the bungalow there are lawns to enjoy the fine views of the beach and far beyond. There are picnic tables and outside seating for that afternoon apéritif or evening meal when the sun is setting over the sea. Just behind the property is a picturesque footpath which rises through the edge of our woodland and then levels out alongside the cliffs into Aberystwyth. The views are glorious.

The bungalow is well appointed with a full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. The lounge has colour TV and freeview boxes. There is a coal effect fire for additional warmth early and late season. The bathroom has a towel heaters.
