Booking - once you have decided on your choice of holiday home please contact us to confirm availability before sending your booking form. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required with your form. Written confirmation together with the balance owing will be returned to you with details of how to find us. The balance becomes payable at least four weeks prior to the starting date of your holiday.

Holiday Insurance - to safeguard against the occurrence of cancelling your holiday Insurance is advisable.
In the event of a cancellation the balance of the monies becomes payable unless we can re-let the accommodation.
When we confirm your booking we will enclose a proposal form for an optional low cost Holiday Cancellation Scheme.

Arrival and Departure - in order to maintain our Cottages/Bungalows to a high standard we welcome our guests after 3pm and departure by 10am.
These times may not apply to short breaks - please check when booking.

Bed Linen - beds are made up with cotton sheets on arrival.
Tea towels are provided. Hand towels are not provided, but can be hired (see booking form).

Electricity - included in the hire charge.

Pet - £20 per week.
We appreciate that for many visitors taking the family pet is an essential part of an enjoyable holiday. We allow certain breeds of well behaved dogs by prior arrangement only. At no time do we allow pets to be left alone in the property and they must at all times be kept on a lead around the cottages and bungalows.
We do have designated areas as dog walks.
A sleeping basket, box or blanket must be provided.
